Drawing on her lived experience as a parent and her training in Trauma Informed Practices, Child Development and Psychology, she walks alongside families with understanding and empathy. Angela is dedicated to empowering parents through the challenges of an autism diagnosis, offering encouragement, guidance, and unwavering support.

Amber, RDI® Consultant (CIT)

Amber is an RDI® Consultant (cit) with experience supporting nearly 100 neurodivergent children and youth. With a focus on PDA profiles, anxiety, self-esteem, identity development, and confidence, Amber has seen again and again that children grow best when they feel safe, understood, and gently guided.

Drawing from her years of experience in behaviour support, social coaching, and mental-health–informed practice—and through collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Behaviour Consultants—Amber has helped many children move from overwhelm to small, meaningful moments of “I can.” These moments fuel her work: a spark of confidence, a moment of connection, a breakthrough that seemed impossible months before.

Through Raising Ausome, Amber is committed to helping families strengthen their guiding relationship, build resilience, discover new language that their child can hear, and create the positive memory-bank experiences that shape a child’s confidence for life.

Kelsey, RDI® Consultant (CIT)

Guided by empathy and meaningful connection, Kelsey brings a background in psychology along with extensive experience in clinic management and support work. Her personal experience growing up alongside a neurodivergent sibling and caring for an adult with a brain injury shapes her belief in the importance of dignity, individualized support, and creating environments—both at home and in learning settings—where learners feel safe, regulated, and ready to grow.

As an RDI student, Kelsey is developing her skills in helping families foster meaningful communication, co-regulation, and relationship-based learning. She is committed to supporting environments that allow individuals to find their voice—literally and metaphorically—while encouraging curiosity, connection, and growth. Kelsey aims to ensure that every child and family she will serve feels understood, supported, and empowered throughout their developmental journey.
